Low-Carb Poling

Why is it that when I’m trying to cut down on carbs I see things like this?? 

Still, today’s lunch wasn’t at all bad…. corn, salmon steak, bit of turkey, avocado, pine nuts, leave and a kiwi fruit….chuff chuff chuff!!Image

In exercise news… I though lasts night swim followed by pole resulted in my conquering the Marion Amber…. only to get home and discover I was, in fact, using the wrong leg….D’OH! Crappy picture but you get the idea…..


Screw it. I’m going to cheat and do it from Aeysha.
